Director of the Yogananda School of Spirituality and Happiness (YSSH) Prof Saamdu Chetri honoured Saroj Khosla for her contributions to women’s empowerment and education.
In her keynote address, Saroj Khosla spoke about the potential and strength of women and highlighted yoga as a tool to achieve self-reliance and confidence. Assistant Prof Suman Rawat and PhD Scholar Renitta Sinha hosted the event. Rawat led a yoga session, guiding participants through various ‘asanas’ and breathing exercises.
